RATES OF CONSTITUTION OF THE ANONNYMOUS COMPANY:
The total cost of our office to constitute an anonymous company in Panama including
the expenses, authentications, taxes, courier expenses and professional fees,
is of USS1, 350.00
- This cost includes the following: All the initial and honorary
expenses:
Rights of inscription in the Public Registry, on the base of an authorized
capital of U.S. $10,000.00.
Our fees for the first year as Resident Agents and the rate of annual tax
paid the first year.
Translation to English of the Social Pact. (If it is necessary).
Two stock certificates emitted to the carrier or in nominative form.
Certificate of use of the society.
Courier expenses. In case that in the country where is going to be used the
society is signatory of the Agreement of Apostil, they could be authenticated
without additional cost, the Social Pact, the Certificate of use and the
general power.
*ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
Nominative Directors:
For effects of greater privacy or if you wish to conserve the anonymity, our
office can designate in a nominative form the three directors/dignitaries whom
the law demands. The additional charge for this service is of USS900.00.
(USS300.00 by each one annual.)
* General Power emitted in private document:
If it requires the General Power in a Scripture aside properly authenticated.
Additional charge of USS400.00.
* Important:
In every anniversary of the date of inscription of the society, you must pay U.S.
$250.00 for the for the renovation of the Society, U.S. $300.00 for
our fees as Resident Agents.
In case that by request of the client, our office has designated some Director/Dignitary
we will charge USS300.00 by each one (the Panamanian law of
societies asks for 3 as minimum)
