COSTS FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF A PRIVATE INTEREST FOUNDATION

The total cost of our office to constitute a Foundation of  Private Interest in Panama including the translation of documents to the English language properly authenticated and the courier shipment to your office is of US$1,400.00
* This cost includes all the professional fees and the expenses, including door to door shipment to your address, this includes a basic Foundation that is detached:

Notaries Expenses.
Inscription rights in the Public Registry, on the base of an authorized capital of U.S. $10,000.00. The actions can be nominative or to the carrier. This capital does not have to be paid in any of its parts.
Our professional fees for the first year as Resident Agents.

LEGAL EXPENSES.
The foundation pays an annual rate to the Ministry of Economy for its guarantee as its resident agent in Panama.

The rate that you must pay annually from its inscription is of US$300.00 and the sum of US$400.00 of resident Agent in Panama. (This cost will be paid annually counting from the date of inscription of the foundation, we will give you this with the first year paid)

* Nominative Foundational Council:
For greater privacy or if you wish to conserve the anonymity, our office can designate in nominative form the three members of the foundational council that demands the law by an additional cost of annual USD$300 for each member by its representation
